Delete your Sip account and data

This page explains how to permanently delete your account in Sip, the water fountain and washroom finder app published by Cyberprogs Inc.

How to request deletion

Open the Sip app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Can't open the app anymore? Email support@chekit.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

What happens to your data

Deleted immediately and permanently

Your account and sign-in link (Google or Apple)
Your display name and profile
Your saved places
Your check-in history

Kept, but no longer linked to you

Places you added or verified stay visible on the map for other users, since fountains and washrooms are shared public information — but they're no longer associated with your account or name.
